We do not use personal information for any purpose and do
not disclose or provide such information to any third party
without the consent of the member.
- Contractual obligations of the DJmall and the process of
the payment: providing contents for smooth transaction, confirming
his/her intent to use our service, purchasing, delivering
and confirming products and processing payment transaction
- Managing members: verifying the identity of our customers,
preventing unauthorized use, solving customers’ complaints,
and delivering notices
- Usage in marketing and promotion: statistics and examinations
regarding members’ service use, such as sending advertising
information, counting homepage access frequency, etc. |

of Personal Information and Period of the Usage |
The Company shall retain and use such information from the
beginning of the joining and until the termination of the
Agreement. Nevertheless, the following personal information
shall be maintained for the specified time period.

method of removing the personal information |
The company will delete the personal information after achieving
the purpose in principle. The process and method are as follows:
- Removing process
The information of members will be deleted after stored for
a certain periods of time complying with company’s policy
and relevant laws. The company does not use the personal information
for any purpose and does not disclose or provide such information
to any third party without the consent of the member.
- Removing method
The personal information you provided will be deleted by technical
method that the records can not be revived. |

personal information |
The company will not offer the personal information to any
third party. But, the exceptions are as follows:
- In the event of the user’s content in advance
- In the event of demand by laws |

methods of members and a legal representatives |
Members can search or modify their own information through
‘personal information edit’ and request termination by ‘membership
withdrawal’. But if you contact us directly, we will solve
the matter immediately.
When members request to modify their own information, we will
not use or provide such information until the issue is resolved.
And if incorrect information is already provided to a third
party, we will contact such third party to modify such information
right away.
The company solves problems requested by members’ to terminate
or delete in accordance with the ‘Possession of Personal Information
and Period of the Usage’ provision, and otherwise, such information
cannot be provided or read in any other usage. |

management and refusal for automatic collection of the personal
information |
The company manages ‘cookie’ that stores and finds member’s
information at any time. ‘Cookie’ is a very small text file
that is sent to member’s browser from the server that is used
to manage the web site, and it gets stored in user’s computer
hard disk.
- The purpose of the use: to analyze the frequency or access
time of member and nonmember, and study and track each member’s
interest, and figure out the frequency of participating in
any events that we provide for target marketing and offering
individual service purposes.
The users have a right to choose for installation. By setting
up the options in your web browser, you can allow ‘cookie’,
check every time or refuse it at all time.
But if you choose not to accept any ‘cookie’, you may have
some difficulties using the homepage. |
