How long does it take for the refund?
The refund and cancellation of payments shall be completed after the product has been returned from the buyer.
What are the steps of returning the product?
First, the company must receive and confirm the reasons for the return via e-mail within 3days after the product is delivered. And if the return is approved by the Host, you must return the product in a condition when the product has been initially packaged within 5days. If the reason for the return is due to the buyer’s business decision, the buyer shall return the product with the return fee of 10,000won.
What are the conditions of return and exchange?

If the reason for the return or the exchange is due to the buyer’s own decision, the buyer shall be responsible for any cost that may arise in the process of the return or the exchange. But the company shall be responsible if the delivered product does not match the purchase order, or the product is damaged or broken due to the company’s error, or the product is considerably delayed than what has been scheduled.
